The Jade offers several types of high-end rental units. All apartments have plenty of natural light, spacious layouts and private balconies with spectacular waterfront views. In addition, the units come fully furnished, and are designed with comfort and style in mind. In addition,  electricity, heating, air conditioning, high-speed Internet, and appliances are included. Optional parking spaces are also available upon request.

The rent includes all the utilities (electricity, water, heating), and High-Speed Wireless Internet. It is a fully equipped apartment with an HD Smart TV (not cable), In-suite Laundry facilities, and there is 24/7 Emergency Line Help.
