Recreation

To the north of the community are the International Friendship Gardens, The Centennial Conservatory, the Fort William Stadium, the NW Ontario Sports Hall of Fame, and the Chapples Golf Course There are recreational pathways on the green space adjoining the railway tracks connecting the area to the Westfort Playfield. For movies, residents head to the Silver City cinema. The neighbourhood is also close to skiing at Mt McKay.
