Known as The Boat Building, Kenwick is located downtown overlooking the St. Clair river, giving a large majority of the suites spectacular water views. Residents have the luxury of walking access to shopping and services, theatre, the art gallery, the museum, summer festivals and seasonal events in the city’s main park.

The building also has an amazing rooftop with barbeques, picnic tables and landscaped areas – perfect for entertaining on a warm summer night. The rooftop also includes a lounge with a kitchenette, which residents can book for special occasions.

Many residents take advantage of the rooftop for exclusive views of the Canada Day fireworks or the Santa Claus Parade.

Exercise-minded residents take full advantage of the workout room and sauna. The games room with two pool tables, ping pong table and darts has been the scene of some heated competition. There are two lobbies on the main floor, and one includes an open area near the mailboxes that is perfect for socializing and community events. 

The building staff organize community events, especially during the holiday season. Christmas activities are open to all residents, and we organize a Santa visit, with gifts, for all kids 12 and younger.
