Your accommodation cost includes utilities (heat, hydro, water), a weekly housekeeping service (a professional cleaning of your apartment each week) and you will have full access to the fabulous amenities including a beautiful rooftop garden terrace, an activity lounge, peaceful library and more!

We also offer our residents the unique option to participate in a-la-carte services such as meal plans and bi-weekly laundry services. Don’t feel like cooking? No Problem - You can purchase individual meal tickets or monthly meal cards at an affordable price to be served to you in the formal dining room up to 3x a day.
